Today we’re talking about a wild AI trend we’re seeing on TikTok with some accounts earning over $299k/month (in revenue) from AI generated UGC videos. Check out the screenshot below from the account, @Luckydealss

This is probably the simplest video treatment we’ve found yet, every video is just an ai avatar doing a basic motion with “hook text” that they’ve obviously found to work, here is the structure;

Someone is getting fired because (ITEM NAME) is now the cheapest its ever been with free shipping…

Once this clip with the “hook text” plays for a few seconds they then show a clip of the product.

THAT’S IT.

This account is posting north of 6-10 videos a day so volume is also definitely a key element. You’re essentially creating ads at scale and looking for products that will “catch”. It’s also worth noting the avatar basically does the same motion every time, putting their hand over their mouth like they’re surprised.

We also found another account doing big #’s with more commercial style videos.

So now that we know people are printing dollars with these AI videos, here’s how you can make your own avatar-TikTok Shop videos;

Step 1: Get a TikTok Shop Creator Account

You need 5,000 followers to unlock TikTok Shop selling features. Two ways to do this:

  1. Buy a pre-qualified account (fastest method — many sellers and communities offer these).

  2. Build from scratch by posting or running ads until you hit 5K followers.

Once qualified, go to your TikTok profile settings and activate the TikTok Shop Creator tab.

Step 2: Find Winning Products

You don’t need to guess what will sell — spy on winners.

  • Use TikTok’s Affiliate Center to see which creators are making big revenue and watch their videos for inspiration.

  • Use tools like PostPro or Kaldodata to track trending products by sales velocity.

  • Pick products with upward momentum, high commissions, and broad appeal.

  • Look for free-shipping and a friendly price point ~$30

Example winner: A supplement bundle trending upward at $36 with a 20% commission, solving a common pain point (slimming midsection).

Step 3: Make Your Avatars

You’ve got two options here, create avatar reactions using arcads ($110/m) or create clips with VEO. The nice part about using arcads is how realistic your clips will look but if you’re on a budget VEO can get the job done.

Here’s a VEO prompt you can use:

A hyper-realistic iPhone selfie-style video of a 20-something blonde woman sitting in the driver’s seat of a car during the day, filmed from the phone’s point of view so the phone itself is never visible. She suddenly widens her eyes and covers her mouth with one hand in a surprised reaction, no voice or talking. Natural handheld camera movement, realistic lighting, cinematic detail.

Step 4: Make your product videos

To make your videos you’ll need a cut out of the product to upload into VEO from which you’ll prompt your video. An easy way to make product cutouts is using the “Background Remover” in Canva.

Here’s the prompt to make the video clip above from the product cut-out:

A 9x16 vertical video inside a cozy, modern living room during a fall evening, filmed with a wide-angle lens and a slow, smooth orbiting camera movement around a couch. The Gilmore Girls-themed blanket is neatly draped across the center of a beige or light cream couch, fully visible and softly wrinkled to show off its texture and colorful design — featuring Luke’s Diner, Dragonfly Inn, books, sunflowers, and other references. The camera slowly orbits the couch at chest height, keeping the blanket framed as the main subject, while subtly capturing warm fall lighting and decor in the background. The lighting is low and cozy: soft amber glow from a nearby lamp, maybe a flickering candle or two, and the faint cool blue of the evening sky visible through the window. Outside, dark silhouettes of trees with golden-orange leaves blow gently in the breeze, hinting at the crispness of fall. The surrounding space includes subtle fall accents — a mug on the coffee table, a knit pillow, a ceramic pumpkin, and a vase of dried flowers or wheat. No people in frame. Just a quiet, warm, lived-in space that feels like a perfect evening to curl up and rewatch Gilmore Girls. Natural ambient room sounds only — the muffled hum of the house, faint wind outside, or the soft flicker of candlelight.

Step 5: Assemble

Probably the most straightforward part, put your avatar clip together with your product clip in any video editor (Final Cut, Premiere, CapCut)

Bonus points if you add sound effects to really make the video pop.

Step 6: Post Like Crazy

Post natively from your phone to add:

  • Hook text

  • Trending sound

  • Short, urgency-driven caption (Amazing sale ends today!)

Volume is the game. Post 10–20 short videos daily, 6–15 seconds each.

  • Relatable human reactions

  • Strong captions + calls-to-action

We mentioned this at the beginning but volume will be your friend if you take this on. The key isn’t making one “perfect” video — it’s posting 10–20 short videos every single day.

  • Keep them simple: 6–15 seconds

  • Use relatable human reactions

  • Add captions with a strong call-to-action
